And this was (hopefully) my last Climax St project.  We have a signed offer, waiting to close this deal, but I had to fix the plumbing in the upstairs bath before we could close.  That drain pipe actually broke off in my hand due to the corrosion.  There was enough filth lining the pipe that it wasn't even leaking.  Impressive what human waste can do.
