Happy Heart Day from our Heart Baby

This was our sweet baby last Valentine's Day, still fighting for her life in the hospital, with less than stellar color...

Special leg warmers and hat were hand knit by cousin Laura.

Aunt Melanie sent Louisa this book by e.e. cummings in the mail, I cried the whole way through reading it for the first time. So. Sweet.
